• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location:

• Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 8-15 business days

  • Cost: Free for orders over $200, otherwise $9.9.

• Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3-8 business days

  • Cost: $19.9.

• International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on the country)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we cannot ship to the following:

• PO Boxes

• Military addresses (APO, FPO)

• Certain remote regions.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Belalily is not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to incorrect address details.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is delivered, Belalily is not liable for any loss or theft. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery option if needed.
