At Belalily, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to make your experience as simple as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

After receiving our approval, you will be given detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Important: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake made by VN Dress (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).
5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. For exchange inquiries, feel free to contact hello@belalily.com for assistance.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number.

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
7. Final Sale Items
All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
8. Return Shipping
For returns, please ensure the following:

Shipping is done through a trackable carrier. VN Dress is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
